Commission info!

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. If you're under aged ask your parents for permission to commission me BEFORE contacting me; take into account that you must provide your personal information and that you'll need an adult to send the payment to me.

2. Fill in and send the following form to me in a note (on Deviant Art) or by email to violet_lunchell@msn.com

4. After evaluating complexity of the character I'm going to tell you if I can make "plushify" it or not. If I can, I'll give you a quote including shipping and other fees.

5. If you accept the price and you're paying with Paypal all you need to do is give me your Paypal email address so I can send you an invoice. If you choose other payment method I'll give you my info so you can send the payment to me.

6. I'll start working on your plushie after I've received the payment. Depending on the number of pending commissions and how busy I am, it can take me from 1 month to 3 months approximately to have your plushie finished.

7. When I finish your plushie I'll send it to you via airmail.

8. Let me know when you receive your order!

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*If your package gets lost or damaged I won't be responsible. I haven't had that problem yet, but I'm saying this just in case. The best way to make sure that your plushie will arrive safely is by choosing "registered mail". Regular mail has worked perfectly so far tho.

*I'm not responsible for customs fees in case they apply in your country. Anyway, I mark all packages as gifts and also mark down the price on the customs declaration sheet. I usually mark half the real price of the plushie. If you don't agree with this please do let me know and I will mark the real value.

*No refunds nor returns. I will send you pics of your plushie before mailing it in case you want me to change/add something. Once you tell me everything is OK, there isn't anything else I can do.

*I will start working on commissions after I receive the whole payment for them. I'm happy to accept installments but I will start working on your order once you've paid the total cost.

*I don't mind answering your questions about commissions but please check this post before asking anything. Also, if you contact me by note on DA, try to keep it all in the same note (answer to the same "thread" of notes instead of sending a new one), that way it's easier for me to keep track.

*I have dogs but they never get close to my working place. Please, take this into account if you have a severe allergy to dogs.

*I don't do wholesales.

How to take care of your plushie

My plushies are completely handmade. I hand-sew their bodies and clothes and hand-paint their faces. They are not toys. They are little pieces of art. I use the best materials I can get to make them and I attach their parts the best I can. But you need to take care of them, they are not meant to be played with. You shouldn't let them get dirty either. In the case you need to wash them, do it very carefully, do not use a washing machine. The paint I use for their faces is water resistant so that shouldn't be a problem. However, I use glue to attach certain parts of their bodies and accessories. If these parts get wet the glue might come off. I always sew the pants/skirts to the bodies of the plushies. If these clothes get dirty and you need to wash them, I recommend you to unsew them and then re-sew them. It's not very difficult to do.

That's what I can make by now. I prefer not to make mechas, mosters or anthros. However, I like challenges so if you're not sure if I'd be able to make certain plushie, send me a note and we'll see!

*The price of the plushie depends on its complexity, fabrics and special details or accessories you want me to add. The following is only general information so you can have an idea of how much your custom plushie would cost.

*The following information is for "human" plushies only.

*I'm only making standard sized (30 cm) plushies at the moment.

 SHIPPING

I ship from Argentina. Shipping cost varies depending on weight range (up to 100g, from 100g to 500g, from 500g to 1kg, and so on). A simple plushie usually weighs 150g which means that I can mail up to 3 simple plushies for the same price. The shipping options I offer are: Regular (without tracking number) and Registered (with tracking number). If you are in a rush you can ask for a estimate for Express Mail (EMS), but take into account that it can be quite pricey.

 PAYMENT

Payments via Paypal are preferred. But I may consider other payment methods too. There is a fee for Paypal payments (both funds and credit card). You can calculate it here.

I accept money through Western Union, well hidden money by mail (at your own risk), international money orders and checks. There is an extra US$10 fee for money orders and checks, this fee is kept by the bank where I cash them.
